2010 - There's Only Two Justin Marshalls....  

This year there was so much to remember!!!

This year there produced a mixed bag, tall, short, fat, thin, muscle bound, weedy, smooth, hairy, in fact there was just about one of everything.....EXCEPT...... THERE WERE TWO JUSTIN MARSHALLS!!!!

Both young, both blonde, both scrum halves, both with awful Southern hemisphere accents and by a weird symmetry, both of them played in the Cup Final. On one hand we had Justin Marshall from the Australian Moorabbin Rams and on the other from the Kriel Roosters from somewhere in Seth Effrika where they talk even weirder than normal Seth Effrikans we had Justin Marshall

Confused Yet??

I know I was.

In fact the South Africans came with a strong line up not to be messed with and started with a boy named Vicki, and one can only say how appropriately named she was. Dressed in a leaopard skins print and a gold mask the bar had already been set. Then a full-back in the guise of a bumble bee came along.....and left was buzzed off rather quickly. From Bahrain came our muscle bound contestant in a pink frock and wooly mittens for some unknown reason. This was followed by a girl from parts long forgotten who just made a testicle of herself.

This year had a record number of entries, they just kept coming and coming, the crowd got louder and louder but as we reached the end it became obvious that the winner was going to be a blonde scrum half. The decision was a tough one and as usual the losers can feel hard done by, especially with the amount of money spent waxing the centre piece of what was a real team effort. accompanied by team of ugly sisters the Australian contestant was in the frame right to the very end, but the volume of noise for the waif in the nurses outfit was just too strong and we had a winner.
